How to return

Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to withdraw, by e-mail to [contact e-mail address] or through the contact form, with your order number. You then have another 14 days to send the bottles back to [street and number], [postcode] Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

You pay the cost of sending them back, unless the bottles arrived broken or were not what you ordered.

What can be returned

Bottles that are unopened and still sealed. Once a seal is broken, a drink cannot be sold again for reasons of health and hygiene, so the right to withdraw no longer applies to that bottle.

Your refund

We refund the price of the returned bottles and the standard shipping cost of the original order within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait with the refund until the bottles are back with us. The refund goes to the payment method you used.

Broken or wrong bottles

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact e-mail address], with a photo. You do not need to send anything back first; we sort it out.
